The FBI reopened its background investigation of Brett Kavanaugh, but now the White House and Senate Republicans are attempting to drastically limit the people who can be interviewed. We’ve compiled a list of key witnesses and individuals the FBI must be free to interview. Tell your Senators: let the FBI do its job!<\/strong><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_blurb][et_pb_text admin_label=”Issue, Action” _builder_version=”3.12.2″]<\/p>\n The agreement to allow the FBI to reopen its background investigation<\/a> into Brett Kavanaugh called for a limited investigation into current allegations before the committee, lasting no longer than one week. Reports are now surfacing that the White House and Republicans on the committee are attempting to drastically limit the witnesses<\/a> the FBI is permitted to reach out to, even those that fall clearly within those parameters. We have compiled a list of the most critical individuals who have either been identified in recent testimony or have important corroborating information. \u00a0Call your Senators today<\/span><\/strong> (numbers for Collins and King are below) or use this tool from Herd on the Hill<\/a> to send them a hand delivered letter to their DC office, demanding that they protect the integrity of the FBI’s investigation and remove all roadblocks to the people listed below.<\/p>\n Accused of sexual assault in 1982 by Christine Blasey Ford and in 1983-84 By Deborah Ramirez. Is named by Julie Swetnick as a potentially being involved in gang rapes and sexual misconduct in high school. Denied all allegations. <\/span>Testified before Judiciary Committee<\/span><\/a> regarding Ford allegations, and says he will cooperate with FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n Accused Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her in 1982 when she was 15 and he was 17. Submitted to polygraph<\/a> and <\/span>testified before Judiciary Committee<\/span><\/a>, and is willing to be interviewed by FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n Named by Ford as being in the room with her and Kavanaugh when she was assaulted. Garrett issued a statement.\u00a0<\/a>Only Gaudette and Garrett have been interviewed by FBI.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Ford\u2019s friends who say she told her of her assault in 2013, 2016, and 2017. <\/span>Submitted sworn statements.<\/span><\/a> They are willing to be interviewed by FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n Ford\u2019s husband. Says she named Kavanaugh when describing her assault during a therapy session in 2012. <\/span>Submitted sworn statement.<\/span><\/a> He is willing to be interviewed by FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n Two therapists retained notes relating to Ford\u2019s recounting of her assault from sessions in 2012 and 2013, but the notes do not name the assailant. Neither have \u00a0been interviewed by FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n A former FBI agent conducted a polygraph test on Ford on August 7, 2018. The report<\/a> found no evidence of deception. The administrator has not been interviewed by FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n Accuses Brett Kavanaugh of exposing his penis and pushing it into her face during a party at Yale in 1983-84. He is willing to be interviewed by FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n Kavanaugh’s roommate at Yale and friend of Ramirez. Says Kavanaugh is lying<\/a> about his drinking habits. He is wiling to be interviewed by FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n Friend and Yale classmate of Ramirez and Kavanaugh. Has said that Kavanaugh and his team were texting friends<\/a> to coordinate their refutal of Ramirez’s charges before they came out in The New Yorker. Has been attempting to share messages with FBI.<\/p>\n Yale classmate who witnessed heavy drinking by Kavanaugh and says that he was \u201cbelligerent and aggressive\u201d when drunk. Says that Kavanaugh misrepresented his college drinking habits to Congress. <\/span>Issued statement.<\/span><\/a> He is willing to be interviewed by FBI.<\/span><\/p>\n Alleges that Brett Kavanaugh and Mark Judge were present when she was gang raped and alleges that they participated in adding drugs or alcohol to drinks for the purpose of making girls too inebriated to prevent being raped by multiple boys. Submitted <\/span>sworn statement<\/span><\/a>. She is willing to be interviewed by FBI. <\/span><\/p>\n Named by Swetnick as being present, along with Kavanaugh, at a party where she was gang raped. Named as participating in targeting girls for assault. Has not testified before congress, but has been interviewed FBI (at least about Ford’s allegations). <\/span><\/p>\n Mark Judge\u2019s former girlfriend, who says Judge confessed about joining other men in having sex with a drunk woman. Is on the record in <\/span>an interview with The New Yorker<\/span><\/a>.
