Facebook analytics indicate that most Suit Up Maine members see posts via their news feeds. The downside to being a news feed-only user is that you are leaving it up to Facebook to decide what you should see. And with the changes Facebook made to their news feed algorithms earlier this year, that probably means you\u2019re missing many posts, events, calls to action, and everything else Facebook has decided NOT to serve you.\u00a0<\/span>Here are 4 easy way to make sure you see all the best of your [favorite and most cherished] group:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.\u00a0<\/span>Add our <\/span>public page <\/span><\/a><\/strong>to your news feed priority list. First, visit our public page and \u201cLike\u201d it to follow the page. Then follow the steps below for your phone and desktop.

\n<\/span>1. Select the three-line menu in the top right-hand corner of the app<\/span>
\n<\/span>2. Scroll to the bottom of the menu and select “Settings & Privacy”<\/span>
\n<\/span>3. Select “News Feed Preferences”<\/span>
\n<\/span>4. Select \u201cPrioritize who to see first\u201d then\u00a0<\/span>“Suit Up Maine”<\/span><\/p>\n

Suit Up Maine is an all-volunteer grassroots group of Mainers who work to raise awareness of and advocate for policies and legislation that promote equity and equality in civil rights, social justice, health care, the environment, education, the economy, and other areas that affect the lives of all people.
