These images are among our favorites. A <\/span>group of Mainers <\/a>spent hours on Jan. 29, 2017 digging 25-foot-high “RESIST” into Sand Beach in Acadia (left), a birthday gift for MDI resident Gary Allen. A year later, Gary and his friends returned to tell the world that they are “STILL RESISTING” (right). So are we, Gary. So are we.<\/span> We work hard and we have MUCH to celebrate. So every month or so, we add to this ever-growing list of victories. Take a scroll down the page and see what you and your fellow citizen activists have done. Take a bow. And then get back to work so we have more good news to add to this list.<\/p>\n
